The Santa Fe International Literary Festival thanks its 2025 partners and donors.

Launching this festival has been possible only because of a visionary, diverse group—partners, colleagues, friends, and family. Without them, this festival would not exist. We’re here thanks to them. Let us introduce you.

The City of Santa Fe

The inspiration for the Festival springs directly out of our love for this unique town steeped in literary and cultural history, and the City of Santa Fe has enthusiastically supported the idea of the Festival from the very start. Tourism Santa Fe is offering an ideal home base in the Community Convention Center and is supporting the Festival in countless other ways as well. The City of Santa Fe Public Library is also an invaluable partner in community programs such as SFILF Young Writers and Readers, the Festival’s youth initiative, and more.

The Authors Guild

The Authors Guild is the nation’s oldest and largest professional organization of writers. We advocate for the rights of writers by supporting free speech, fair contracts, and copyright. Our members include novelists in all genres and categories, nonfiction writers, journalists, historians, poets, and translators.

New Mexico Writers

New Mexico Writers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and connecting the state’s literary community. Its annual dinner, now in its fourth year, brings established and aspiring writers together and raises funds to support grants that assist New Mexico writers seeking to further their craft.

New Mexico MAGAZINE

New Mexico Magazine has been telling the story of New Mexico for 100 years. Their mission is to inspire authentic experiences with its people, places, art, culture, and food.

THE SANTA FE NEW MEXICAN

The Santa Fe New Mexican is one of the oldest newspaper companies in the American West dating back to 1849. In addition to its daily newspaper, Santa Fe New Mexican also publishes a host of annual and specialty magazines, most notably Pasatiempo, the weekly cornerstone of the cultural and arts scene. Santa Fe New Mexican has been owned and operated by the Martin-McKinney family for decades and is operates its own printing facility in Santa Fe.

LOS POBLANOS

Set among 25 acres of lavender fields, enormous cottonwood trees and lush formal gardens, Los Poblanos is one of the most magnificent historic properties in the Southwest. Designed in 1932 by New Mexico's foremost architect, John Gaw Meem, the "Father of Santa Fe Style", Los Poblanos is located on an organic farm in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley with a boutique inn, field-to-fork dining, and luxurious spa.

Sazón

Originally from Mexico City, Chef Fernando Olea, Best Chef of the Southwest 2022 James Beard Award Winner, has been enthralling diners in Santa Fe since 1991 with his unique interpretation of contemporary and traditional Mexican dishes. Nothing evokes the mystery of Mexican cuisine more than mole, a regional dish from the heart of the country. In Old Mexico each cook has their unique mole recipe often handed down generation by generation. Chef Olea is delighted to share his moles that include his “New Mexican Mole” that he created to commemorate Santa Fe’s 400 year anniversary in 2009. The large mural in the main dining room, painted and presented to Chef Olea by Federico Leon De La Vega, a well known artist from Mexico City, illustrates all of the ingredients found in this mole.

They provide furniture and design services to clients in the healthcare, government, corporate, and higher education sectors. Their vision is to change the community by using their excess resources, assets, and talents to aid local organizations that make a difference for the citizens of New Mexico.
